 Air pollution is one of today’s grave concerns. Vehicle emissions, cigarette smoke, and fumes from factories all contribute to the rising incidence of various lung diseases.
The energy sector needs to get more renewable power plants in the nation's energy mix to help lessen air pollution. For now, the industry is doing its part by shifting to less dependency on oil and moving towards natural gas which has a cleaner burn.
